Mark Mansour
This is me (an my son, Maximilian) and I work on the web (Max is yet to start, slacker!). It's one of the only photos of me on Flickr.
I love building software so I know I'm working in the right place. At night I've been hacking away at my super stealthy website which will have to become less stealthy if I want it to succeed. During the day I've been building experimental search engines for a large Aussie company and playing around with lots of nice web tech. You know the stuff, Microformats, Data Cleaning, GeoSpatial stuff and Pretty visualizations - mainly with Ruby.
I live in Melbourne and I love it. This hidden part of the world is a gem and I'm very happy and proud to be here.
I saw that Tim had a code project called "I work on the web" and curiously I followed it until I hit the source. So I thought I'd support the idea and post my own.
