I work on the Web:
When I started Library School--1994--I asked my professor if this is when I needed to buy a computer, locked myself in a room with it for a month and never looked back.
Met my husband by asking if he knew the faster dial-up number when we were both using the same edu connection. He did, and he gave it me and that was probably my first successful email.correspondence.
Now, I'm the Public Services Manager for a library system in Florida. That includes ersatz webmaster, trend explorer, and perpetual scanner. I find the intersections between the web, personal communications, and business persona fascinating.
When I'm not working on the web, I play. Online scrabble rocks!
