This is me, I work on the web.
I am a professional art weirdo. I am a web designer & developer, a mobile photographer & blogger, a writer, and a creator.
I have a web design / dev one woman shop - Black Phoebe Designs.
I like turtles. I have been a follower of the Way of the Tortoise for a number of years. To announce my affiliation in the Way, I got a turtle tattoo at Blue Tattoo on Red River & 6th St in Austin, TX, during SXSW Music 2000 with NYC music friends who get a tattoo every year at SXSW.
I love the internet / web. Love it. I love the connections. I love the various visions of life, the world, and the universe that folks put up and out on the web. I also love love love mobile and fell deeply in love the day (12.10.04) that I got my Nokia 7610 and an unlimited data plan. I take mobile photos and moblog them every day to my website or to flickr.
Most of my friends in my local space are in a variety of jobs, many of them music related, few of them web related. Through the web and SXSW, I have many friends all over the world who work on the web.
